Every Magneti® portrait is created for one person only: chosen together, printed and framed to measure. For this reason, as the law provides for personalised goods, the right of withdrawal does not apply. But we stay by your side: if something is wrong, we put it right.
Fine-art prints are made to order, based on the photograph you choose and the agreed format. As personalised works, they are not subject to withdrawal or return (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). However, if a print arrives defective, damaged or not as agreed, we replace it free of charge: write to us within 14 days of delivery, attaching a photo of the issue.
The Gift Card is valid for one year from purchase and is transferable: if you change your mind, you can assign it to someone else. It cannot be converted into cash. If you have a problem with the issue or delivery of the case, we will take care of it.
The appointment can be rescheduled: if something comes up, let us know a little in advance and we will find a new date together. In case of serious problems, we assess each situation individually and with good sense.
The legal guarantee of conformity provided by law always applies: for any lack of conformity you are entitled to the remedies set out by law, regardless of the above.
