Every Magneti® portrait is one of a kind: chosen together, printed and framed to measure. For this reason, as the law provides for personalised goods, the right of withdrawal does not apply. But we stay by your side: if something is wrong, we put it right.
Fine-art prints are made to order, based on the photograph you choose and the agreed format. As personalised works, they are not subject to withdrawal or return (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). However, if a print arrives defective, damaged or not as agreed, we replace it free of charge: write to us within 14 days of delivery, attaching a photo of the issue.
The Gift Card is valid for one year from purchase and is transferable: if you change your mind, you can assign it to someone else. It cannot be converted into cash.
The exclusive date Reservation is €50, fully deducted from the final commission. The appointment can be moved with at least 24 hours' notice: the Reservation remains valid for the new date. If the appointment is cancelled within the 24 hours before it, or in case of no-show, the Reservation is retained by Magneti®. If we are the ones who need to move the session, you can choose between a new date and a full refund.
In case of serious problems, we assess each situation individually and with good sense.
The legal guarantee of conformity provided by law always applies: for any lack of conformity you are entitled to the remedies set out by law, regardless of the above.
